Had an appointment for my 17 year old son and after having to reschedule his appointment a few times, due to his busy dual enrollment schedule and rescheduled athletic events that were beyond our control, she “discharged” him as a patient, cancelled his appointment, and refused to see him. Having to go back to his PCP for a new referral and start the process all over again. I even tried calling the office manager to explain why we’d had to reschedule his appointments but Dr. Gao still refused to see him.
She sent me to the Hospital with a perforation in my bowel after the colonoscopy.
Almost killed by step father a few years ago. Removing polyps during a colonoscopy. Nicked his bowel.
