Honeypie was opened in 2009 and from the very beginning our goal has been to make great, Midwestern-inspired food from scratch. From our pickles to our pie crust we believe that good food is rooted in the way our grandparents used to cook. Real food made by hand with real ingredients. We use as many local meats, produce and other ingredients as we can. In fact, the majority of our ingredients at Honeypie are sourced from Wisconsin.

RecommendedBy chance, we picked Honeypie Cafe as our dining spot for the evening. We then learned they use local farms and local purveyors. Wow! Our group enjoyed the grilled cheese, Ham and cheese pie and a beautiful salad and soup. We left with stomachs too full for dessert-Pie- but promised to return. we did, the very next day!!
The perfect neighborhood cafe!
It takes a lot to impress me with breakfast foods since a lot of it tastes the same no matter where I go. The breakfast casserole I got was SO flavorful and unique tasting. I also loved the delicious slice of pie I took to go 🧡 Can’t wait to go back and try other things in the menu!

I cannot rate the food. I have not eaten here. Unfortunately I was not happy with the pie. I purchased a mixed berry pie this week. For the price I expected it to be out of this world. It was dry, no interior juices. The oatmeal crumble top added to the dryness and the crust was difficult to cut. I ended up adding cherry pie filling and ice cream, which made it easier to eat. Sorry. Maybe it was a fluke.

the Lemon Ice pie was good but the coconut key lime pie was exceptional...had that a couple weeks ago.
