I had used them before for my last septic cleaning so I called them back. The lady seemed irritated while talking to me but set up the appointment for the next morning. She sent one elderly (69 y.o.) gentleman who was very nice but is recovering from an appendectomy AND had just got released from the hospital within the last few days for his kidneys. Honest, trustworthy. I'll never call anyone else. Did a great job for half the cost of what another company quoted me. They went out of their way to make sure my system was working well.

Bought a vacant house that had the septic inspected by this company. They said the tank was good because it was empty of water (nobody lived there for over a year, of course it's going to be empty). 1 month later it had to be pumped and I watched them pull a whole milk jug out of my tank, I'm having to buy a whole new septic system (tank is cracked with other problems included) for over $10k out of pocket because of this incorrect inspection report when it should've been handled before the purchase of my house by the seller.... read more

Friendly technician but very poor service for a high price. Came to pump out all stages of my aerobic system. Even the first chamber was only half pumped, one other was pumped ok, for the others he said “I can’t get those lids off so I’ll just pump the two, that’ll be $500.” For a company advertising septic repair, inspection, etc I would think opening the actual system would be part of their services.
