Just went to my first Paisley class in over a year and I loved it. I love the pace, the encouragement, and the enthusiasm in Paisley's classes. As a past trainer (14 yrs ago) I get a little nostalgic thinking... what if I had this much fun training small group classes like Paisley. One thing I'd be in better shape. It is easy to see why her following continues to grow. Keep up the good work Paisley!
