We were wrapping up our 3000 mile family road trip and getting ready to head back to Missouri when we started having trouble with our 2006 Honda Odyssey. We are so grateful to Honest Accurate Auto for squeezing us in this morning so we could make the 10 hour drive back home safely. The place was very clean and comfortable for our wait, which wasn't long at all. This establishment tried to rape my friend. They most likely broke a part in their attempt to fix a problem they created. Then in their “decent attempt” was going to not charge for labor, only the price of the part. Turns out my husband, a mechanic himself, found the part for $32 including shipping . They wanted to charge her $230 which was with “free labor”. This is why people do Not trust mechanics. Because they take advantage of unknowledgeable women!!! Very bad business practice.
They provide the best customer service I’ve ever encountered while working with an auto service. They also have the cleanest and dare I say homey facility. And they also have candy. But besides all of that they really are truly honest and accurate when it comes to your automotive needs. Hands down.

Had them fix two Subarus. Straightened a frame and also diagnosed and changed an O2 sensor on another. A little more expensive than others, but I trust them.
