I am really impressed by the staff at Honest Accurate Auto Service West! They're all very friendly and knowledgeable, and will not only take the time to explain but will also show you exactly what they're doing with your car. I just went in to get my headlight bulbs replaced, and they had me in and out in what felt like minutes. Most painless experience ever!!! I also really enjoyed their women's automotive class and highly recommend others to take it if they get the chance!
Two generation family owned business, and their name says it all. You get honest and friendly staff, knowledgeable and accurate techs and customer service is exceptional. It’s not just a small business, it’s a family and every customer is treated as family. Where else leaves hand signed notes and a mint on your seat? Won’t take our business anywhere else.
Honest Accurate Auto West is amazing!! I had my car in yesterday for some work. They had my car for the morning. I got a call a couple of hours later. They found the concern and let me know it was covered under warranty from previous work completed. “Under warranty” were the best 2 words I could hear! If you need someone to trust, explain what’s wrong with your car, give you honest feedback - call and set up an appointment! They are 100% Honest, Accurate! They are a 5 Star business!
