This company charged me for something they did not install and have not tried to rectify the issue. This occurred in Nov 2025 and they have ignored me since they made the mistake. Bad business
Honest Abe’s has been great to work with! Tony came out early in the morning to get my AC working!
The customer service was great until I had a problem. At that point my calls were ignored and not returned. I have been a customer for years and in Nov 2025 I had a new furnance/ac unit installed. What we discussed was an install for a two stage 18 SEER 3 ton unit. My old unit was a 2.5 single stage and was not heating /cooling upstairs so that's why we decided on the larger unit. I had a wonderful experience! Tony and Charles were fantastic. They were honest with me about what was going on, explained everything clearly, and fixed my issue quickly. My air is working perfectly now! Jamie in the office also did an amazing job keeping me updated throughout the entire process. The whole team treated me like family, and that level of customer service is hard to find. I truly appreciate their honesty, communication, and professionalism. I highly recommend them!
