My wife and I are remodeling our home and had several plumbers give estimates for kitchen and bathroom expansions. Honest Abe beat the other estimates by over a thousand dollars. The estimate they gave was transparent and to the T. They were respectful, trustworthy and, as the name says, honest, a thing hard to find in Baltimore. Their work was outstanding. Extremely courteous and truly honest service. I had my air conditioner inspected today by Moshe and Moshe from Honest Abe. They discovered that there was no problem with the system and the only reason the system was not performing was due to BGE's Peak Rewards program which I did not know I Had. Last year a different contractor came out and charged me $380.00 to charge the compressor that did not need to be charged and told me I had a leak in a coil and I should probably buy a new unit from him.
Fantastic service! Fast response to my plumbing issues, and excellent work. Abe and his team work efficiently, they cleaned up spotless when they were finished, and with their coupons online I saved a lot of money. Will definitely be using them if I need to again!
Outstanding,professional,courteous,and quality customer service. Once the phone call was made to Honest Abe, the job was done quickly and neatly. They took on the job as if it was their home that was affected. The quality customer service along with honesty about what service we needed was a major plus. I called Honest Abe on a Saturday evening after seeing they had Sunday hours. I left a message on their voicemail and was called back a few hours later. Although it was later than usual, I was happy to hear back and we scheduled work for the next day, Sunday at 2pm. They called around 1:20 the next day when they were enroute. My daughter really messed up my toilet. (She flushed her PJs down the toilet) The basement was flooding every time I flushed or used the sink. I was sure we would have to pay hundreds to fix this. I called these guys and they came out the same day, extracted her PJ's and did it without draining my bank account. They were friendly and professional. What can I say, I'm happy, and teaching my daughter not to flush...ever!
I found your company to be very friendly and honest. I called around to shop for prices, but your estimates (they did a free estimate in my house! Plumbers I've called in the past charge just to come out.) consistently were lower than other plumbers I called.
