I have never written a customer review for anything, but due to the exceptional service I recently received, I felt that I must share my experience. I took my old Volvo in due to the check engine light being on. They diagnosed several problems that needed to be addressed and each issue was explained to me in detail. My car really had its share of problems but Jon, Bob, Amber and Dan couldn't have been more honest, patient, and understanding. Took I for an alignment after getting new tires and an oil change. They called and told me I didn't need alignment, just oil change. Also used shuttle vehicle to run errands!
I love this place! I had my car serviced here and they did an amazing job. They explained everything in detail. They didn't do anything that didn't need to be done and left a nice thank you gift on my steering wheel.
I HIGHLY recommend this place for service...NEVER have I been to a car service facility where things were explained in such great detail.. it's checked out first, and if the service isn't needed, they don't do it. What a refreshing change to actually be told honestly... your facility name suits you.. and I'll be a repeat customer!!!

Excellent customer service They service both mine and husband car in very timely matter,made great recommendation for my husband car.I sure we will be going back for next service
Very friendly, helpful, professional, and accommodating....listening to my concerns and diagnosing the problems, and explaining what needed to be done now and what could be accomplished later was reassuring. Since I had a handicap vehicle and needed it to transport my husband, they provided transportation as needed while the van was being repaired. I now feel comfortable in transporting my husband in my 17 year old van !
Very friendly, professional service - fast too! Had our Qx80 like new for 1/3 of what Infiniti was quoting.
