I dropped our 2016 Mustang GT off at 8:45 for a State inspection, appointment was scheduled for 10am. I get a call back shortly after that stating they had to fail my inspection, I ask why and they said because it needs all new tires and one was flat, I said WHAT!, I just checked the air before I dropped it off, there is no way. Good honest people where you do not feel like you are getting ripped off. No upselling!
New to the area, we needed to find a local mechanic. The facility is clean and welcoming and the service desk person was polite and friendly. We waited for our service and it was nice and quick. We were offered refreshments and waited in comfy chairs reading magazines and watching tv. The price for the work was more than fair. We will be coming back for future work on our cars.

Excellent service. Have gone twice now and they go above and beyond. Even let me pack my van for my trip while they worked on it, I was so pressed for time. My van is running so much better now. They told me what was needed now and what could wait. I highly recommend them
John and Bob are the best! I had a difficult problem with my Mercedes that they fixed. They kept me informed and were amazing in service and quality. Since we recently moving to Mooresville we didn’t know where to get help in fixing our vehicles. We highly recommend using H1. They are amazing and we will be customers forever.
