I came to Honest 1 Auto Care to have my One Stop emissions and safety inspections done. I had no prior experience with mechanics in the Provo area, and picked them out of the blue. They were fast, friendly, and (as their name implies) honest. The pricing was excellent. Cheapest rate for the safety and emissions I've ever seen. They warned me about a few components of the car that were showing wear that might need to be replaced soon, but there was no pressure nor scare tactics to push me into having it fixed immediately. I liked that I could make an appointment and bring my car in when I wanted. I was afraid that by bringing it in later in the day, (4:30 pm) I was going to have to wait because they were behind. But that wasn't the case. My vehicle was being worked on before I had all my info filled out at the front desk and it was done 30 minutres. sooner than they quoted me. They are very friendly and easy to get a long with. I'll be back.

In 20 years of having to take my car in to be serviced in Utah County, this is the first time someone (happily) offered to give me a ride somewhere. I was hooked on Honest 1 Auto Care from that moment..
