RecommendedOur family was passing through Provo on vacation and ended up with an issue with our brakes. The owners told us they would work us in so that we could continue our journey the next day. We were convinced we would need new brakes but they called to tell us we were simply missing a caliper bolt. They could have been very dishonest knowing we were desperate and from out of town, but they lived up to their name! Highly recommend this business.
Really disappointed with their services. We where here only a few months ago and spent almost $800’dollars to fix our car with them and get the Che engine light off. Now when we come back in to get the registration done. Apparently the light is on again but the bulb is burst. Okay. Frustrating but fine. They can’t give a quote of how much is is to fix it only that they have to run “tests” which will by themselves coast like $60 not to mention when we pulled into their parking lot one of their crew members sped out in front o... read more
They put o voltmeter up to a connection and charged me $140 for it then gave me my car back with a dead battery. They suck don’t go
I know I can always trust them with any issues I’m having. I won’t go anywhere else now with our cars.
Came to pick up our car, and they had another vehicle parked perpendicular to and in front of it, AFTER CLOSING. There was nobody available to move the other car. We literally can't take our vehicle home.
AMAZING customer service! Really worked to help me get the best care needed for my car. So grateful for everything they've done for me! I don't usually write reviews, but I've been completely blown away by the service at Honest 1 Auto Care! Will come back, even though I now live up in Holladay!
