either stupid or dishonest. either way, bad situation for a repair shop. I work at a local shop and today we had a vehicle towed in. come to find out it was at honest-1. They told the customer he needed a transmission. this is true, he does. they also told him that his vehicle was 7 quarts of fluid low and that a transmission service would help. this is untrue. when the vehicle came in my shop. it was actually 6-7 quarts over full!
