Got great service. Found out my issue, it was fixed in no time and I am thrilled. Very nice place for anyone to have to wait on their car repairs. They explained everything, told me some things that should be taken care of in future.
either stupid or dishonest. either way, bad situation for a repair shop. I work at a local shop and today we had a vehicle towed in. come to find out it was at honest-1. They told the customer he needed a transmission. this is true, he does. they also told him that his vehicle was 7 quarts of fluid low and that a transmission service would help. this is untrue. when the vehicle came in my shop. it was actually 6-7 quarts over full! The transmission pan has never been off! All they did was lie to the man and then charged him ... read more
RecommendedGreat first time experience and after walking in and being greeted by the service writer I turned around and was absolutely amazed as to the comfortable atmosphere in this establishment. I set an 8:00 appointment for an oil change and I left with it being cheaper than I planned. When the service writer called me to the counter to complete my service he shared all the check points on my 2013 truck checked out great with zero recommendations. Best place for car maintenance and repairs! Been going here for 3 years now and love it.
Consumer Beware! These people are deceptive. They will take advantage of you by giving you a laundry list of items that you don't need for your vehicle. Please review all of their complaints on the BBB before visiting. They scammed me out of money and refuse to refund, even though they acknowledged that they took advantage. Don't be deceived by the name. They are far from Honest.
Just had my truck worked on, they diagnosed it as a minor wheel bearing issue. Ordered the part and fixed it in under 3 hours. Won't go to anyone else now! Great people, too!
Great place for your car care...The place is clean, nice and the folks are professional and honest as the name .... Highly recommend ....Also the waiting area is very cozy with bottle water and good coffee ... Also wifi is amazing �
