This is Great place took My 2015 Fusion Titanium there for Repairs. The staff was AWESOME!!! The waiting area is So Comfortable Was Impressed with My Overall Visit prices are also great. Would Definitely Recommend this place for repairs
Got great service. Found out my issue, it was fixed in no time and I am thrilled. Very nice place for anyone to have to wait on their car repairs. They explained everything, told me some things that should be taken care of in future.
either stupid or dishonest. either way, bad situation for a repair shop. I work at a local shop and today we had a vehicle towed in. come to find out it was at honest-1. They told the customer he needed a transmission. this is true, he does. they also told him that his vehicle was 7 quarts of fluid low and that a transmission service would help. this is untrue. when the vehicle came in my shop. it was actually 6-7 quarts over full! The transmission pan has never been off! All they did was lie to the man and then charged him ... read more
