Honest-1 Auto Care is AWESOME! I was on Vacation in Ormond Beach, and had Car issues. I spoke to Ben...and he got me in the very next day! They did an inspection and told me exactly what was wrong with my car. They worked with me ($$) as they know what it's like to be on Vacation. I would recommend them to anyone who is in the Ormond Beach area. (on vacation or not!) Thank you gentlemen for your kindness and help getting me back on the road. I visited Honest-1 Auto Care after seeing it listed on the AAA web site. I was very impressed with service I received. I first spoke to Tricia G., Service Advisor, when I arrived and she was friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. She took my information and set up an immediate examination of my car. They're good people that do reliable car repair work. Comfy waiting area with WiFi. Or they'll shuttle you someplace close to wait (your house or job for example). They make arrangements to drop off your vehicle & leave keys if you can't make it there before they open. All the perks a major car dealership repair center would offer/have available, without vulchers in the area hovering to sell you a car.
I was riding by and needed an oil change. had received coupons in the mail but had none with me. Everyone was efficient and courteous and even offered to honor the coupon. I was told I needed synthetic oil for my Honda and they offered to get another coupon to make the difference only $10.00 more . That saved me $30.00. Needless to say I will return if I need any repairs. Honest people.
