Ben and Jay were very helpful and professional. They took care of my oil change quickly and efficiently. They have excellent customer service skills, and I will definitely be back!
The most HONEST auto repair shop ever. I took my vehicle in (3rd visit) for an oil change, tire rotation and alignment. After the Mechanic checking my vehicle, Ben who is the “BEST” came out to tell me I didn’t need an alignment. What auto repair do you know does that? Others would have done it anyway. Always a pleasurable experience and cleanest shop I have ever seen. I recommend them to everyone.
I own Mercedes C300 4matic and have been looking for a reliable and honest auto repair shop. I went to couple auto repair places and wasn't impressed with their service and behavior. Also the local Mercedes Dealership is notorious for charging way to much for the services they provide and not all the repairs they do are top notch. I have been going to Honest-1 for about two years now and I send people their way all the time. They truly want to get the job done right and affordably. Outstanding service, Been taking my truck there since they open. They have never fail to impress me with their outstanding service. From the time I walk in the door and meet Tricia who was very helpful with her knowledge and most of all she was trying to save me money. This time it was a quick fix. We left Honest- 1 with a problem car. This make and model car has had problems within the model year that is hard to find and even harder to repair. Honest- 1 went above and beyond with this car spending way more mechanic hours then we paid for into making sure the car was done right. Even when frustrations over the car set in we were always treated with kindness and respect. Thanks for taking care of my girl for me.
