I dropped my drive shaft, and had get towed in. I waited one hour before they looked at it. Not bad , considering I didn't have a real appointment. Took our vehicle to them after we had AAA run a diagnostics with a computer ,and we told them it needed a STARTER , they said they would call us with a price that evening ,THEY DID ! the estimate was over $600.00 we told them that we would let them know the next morning. WE CALLED 3 other auto repair shops in the same vocentity .The highest shop was $327.00 the next in line was $310.00 we settled for $297.00 ..THEN when we told them we would pick the car up and take it to another shop, they would not give our car back until ... read more
Just had a horrible experience! been using Honest one since 2010 and this is the last time I will bring my vehicle. We have warranty parts that Dennis refuses to honor. parts that your company installed that failed. we were told to fix the other parts then he will honor the warrantied items. I don't believe this is how things should be done. especially seeing as the problem that is currently going wrong on my vehicle is the warrantied parts. not other parts that he claims are in disrepair.
