We purchased a backup camera for my son’s Honda. The part we received was the wrong one. We lost the “original packaging” and they won’t exchange it or refund it. We ate a $200 part! What a crappy business. Will never use them again obviously. Recommend NO ONE order from them. Just look at their other negative reviews.
This retailer is the most pitiful excuse for a parts supplier I have ever ordered from. They advertise 'Right Parts. Every Time'. Their site even has you enter your vehicle's specific VIN# to ensure you get the right parts. Guess what, I was sent the wrong parts. I have a 2018 Honda CRV and needed an injector kit. I was sent an injector kit for a 6 cylinder vehicle. The 2018 CRV has NO option for a 6 cylinder engine; just 4 cylinder engines that year. So I called them; they never answer. No experience but reading all the reviews on here makes me rethink ordering from this company
Do NOT trust the shipping timeline estimate. I almost $200 extra for expedited shipping because the expedited shipping estimate promised that it would arrive by the weekend, when I had time to work on it. In actuality, it did not arrive until about a week after the estimated time. I emailed their customer service to request a refund of the difference between the expedited and normal shipping prices. Absolutely the worst online parts shopping experience ever Order was placed on July 1 never received Mail update or one phone call return to voicemails left just totally left in the dark still have not received my order until this date or any update whatsoever. Do not deal with this place find somewhere else.
