Purchased a vehicle from Valley a few months ago and had an overall great experience. Was in yesterday for my first service appointment. Service was fast, employees were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. The service waiting area was an added bonus - wireless cafe with plenty of work space, large lounge area and Starbucks. 👍🏻
I had another amazing experience at Valley Honda. I have purchased my 7th car from them today. I moved to Michigan 5 years ago and I still am committed to coming back here to Valley Honda to make my purchases. Eddie was great! He was very informative and didn’t just tell us about the new safety features but had us experience them in our test drive. Smooth car buying experience.
Overall we had a very positive experience purchasing our first Honda. We bought a certified used Odyssey. We went on the last day of June on one of the hottest days of the summer. The dealership was very busy and they apologized in advance when we got there for how busy staff was.
