Phone and media don’t work in our 2017 Pilot. Dealership blames the version of I-phone. REALLY- how many others have 2017 Pilots!! Done with Honda, done with this dealership and plan to tell everyone we know. Our family will be trading in this Pilot along with our CRV and a Civic. We are done. Customer service is non existent at this dealership.

This was my first time purchasing a vehicle from a dealership and honestly I was fairly nervous. Once I and their salesman Pat got talking options and numbers all of my worries went away. I was able to leave with a brand new Civic that I could afford and fantastic car buying experience that will have me coming back for my next purchase.
