Bought a brand new 2019 Honda Odyssey elite at the end of April. It has been in the shop three times for the same problem. Each time for over a week. Very very frustrating
This is the second new Honda I have purchased from Valley. Ask for George S, he is very professional and knows his stuff. He also was very patient with answering emails and setting up multiple extended test drives. This is how I expect dealerships to be run, unlike some of the competitors with disorganized email contacts and pushy salespeople that don't know their own vehicles.
Another 5 Star experience at Honda for my family today!! We have worked with Steve Grady in the past and he was just as awesome this time around! He was very informative and knowledgeable. And he was great with our kids as well!! We are super excited about our new truck! I highly recommend asking for him if you need a new vehicle!
