I had a quick and easy second experience at Honda of Tiffany Springs. I found a vehicle I was interested in and Lowell was great to work with. Never felt pressured into making a decision. He gave good information about vehicles and product. I had a price in mind and they were able to meet it on trade in and new vehicle price. I would recommend Lowell and Honda of Tiffany Springs to anyone.
Everyone that we worked with had our best interest in mind making sure that we were completely satisfied before making the purchase we did. We never felt pressured and we were treated with great respect. We will make Honda of Tiffany Springs our first stop when considering buying cars in the future.
The customer service was a nightmare! We bought a brand new Honda Odyssey from Honda of Tiffany Springs on July 25 2012. The business manager Tim Minter pushed hard to sell us an extended warranty Honda Care, at $1585. One week later, I called Tim Minter to cancel the Honda Care warranty. BEST BUYING EXPERIENCE I HAVE HAD – I see some pretty bad reviews listed here, but I must tell you, I have nothing but good things to say. I am not going to tell you I got everything I wanted, but the dealership worked to get me as close as possible. I told them my needs prior. They did what they needed to in order to get me in a new car. It was quick, painless, and pressure-free. The people I dealt with were friendly and honest - particularly Joe and Jessie. I would recommend everyone check them out.
HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!! – Purchased a car from this dealership and they messed up the sales tax of my car which was supposed to be included in my loan amount, i informed them of the mistake and they said there was nothing they could do. They did not try and make me a happy customer after buying a car and they did not make me feel like they cared. would not recommend to anyone!
I worked there as a cashier and I don't hear out of my left ear and the men treated me like trash. They made fun of me, harrassed me, humiliated me and I finally had to walk away for the sake of my sanity after only 2 weeks. I turned them into the EEOC and didn't get any help there so I am going to file to the federal court. TERRIBLE!!! – This is the 1st time ever I've left a review on line. Took my 1991 Accord in for the cruse control and an oil change. Apparently the "mechanic" bent a wire installing the speed sensor. Had to take it all apart again to fix it. When I picked up the car in their lot there was a cigarette butt intentionally placed on the trunk hood. It was lit when placed there; saw the ashes and a burnt spot in the paint. On my way home I turn on the AC and the fan isn't working. Worked just fine when I dropped the car off. Then ... read more
Stay Far Away... – I'm not generally one to take to the internet to complain but this time, I feel it's warranted. I actually opened an account on City Search to post this in hopes that it saves someone the unfortunate burden of dealing with these people. WORST EVER – I bought a used honda, when told about wrecks i was told that there was a dent in the bumper so they replaced the plastic bumper. When going to sell the car because of moving i found the entire front end of the car was replaced, and the car fax report they gave me did not even show a major collision because of "lag time" so they did not feel the need to inform me.
