Stopped in with an issue with my vehicle and no appointment and I was promptly assisted by a great, professional service technician, Jo. My vehicle was immediately whisked away into the service area and in less than an hour my vehicle was ready and that hopefully the situation I was having was resolved. Jo was very personable and pleased to have been an assistance.
Excellent door to door service! That’s right they picked up my car, updated me by text and when all the repairs were done they returned the car to me. The Tech that delivered the car brought it to my garage door, paperwork and keys in hand. All within the same day and at no extra charge. Making the appointment online and paying for it was super easy.
Service was great and prompt! I was in and out of my oil change and car wash within an hour. Service advisor Sergio was extremely helpful in my first time coming in. I was unsure of how the process worked but talked me through the way. I can’t wait to return for my future oil changes.

Matt was really helpful when we went to the Honda of the Desert dealership. We were able to find the car my daughter wanted. He made sure all the paperwork was done properly and promptly. We got a great deal in a few hours. My wife, daughter and me were very pleased with Matt's expertise at such a young age. Thank you man!
To be honest, I felt slightly conned. Having received notice of an extended warrant due to AC compressor issues, I was informed that if I felt my car was affected, then to take it to a dealer and the issue would be repaired free under the warranty. There was an initial $180 inspection fee. I was then told that there was indeed an issue with my AC but caused by another problem not part of this warranty, and it was going to cost me in excess of $1000 to repair - even though they had been told that I only had use of the car, an... read more
