I came to the Honda dealership expecting not to leave with a car (I have bad credit because I'm a student with a bunch of student loan debt), but low and behold, after 5 hours, I was handed the keys to a used car and promised $230 car payments. Matt and Pat were incredibly friendly and helped me into my 2012 Camaro that day. He worked diligently to fit the payments within my budget and surpassed my expectations! Best customer service and sales I've ever experienced. We went in for an oil change and thought we'd look at some crosstours and Mike, our sales guy, was very friendly and let me and my wife test drive the car and answered my many many questions about the Crosstour and I never once felt pushed or obligated to buy. I came in this weekend and worked with a lady named Calsie that I was referred to by a friend that I work with. She was able to sit down with me briefly as soon as I got there she was in, asked me what I was looking for and where I was looking to be at budget wise. It was an Excellent experience. The entire staff went above and beyond in treating me. Roger and Daniel were my Salesmen. They were both outstanding in my purchase of a 2013 Honda Pilot. They walked me step by step, until I finally got the deal that fit my situation. I am so pleased with my new truck, love it! Also, Derrick in finance treated me exceptionally well! I must say that Ive always been stand-offish about buying a vehicle. Not only is time consuming, but it's just a pain overall! Well.. bitter-sweet! This is the first time in the duration of time I have bought a vehicles to be the most pleasurable experience by far! Mark took me from point A to point Z in such a breeze! The BEST part once in finance, my payments dropped $60 from the original negotiation, thanks to Mark! I love Barry Sanders Honda!

I was not going to buy a new vehicle. I wasn’t even considering it. My plan was to simply look at the options available...but when I showed up at the store and spoke with Joe, he changed my whole game plan.
