Had a small issue with my 2021 Honda Ridgeline and Thomas Cacace took care of me at the service center. Was found to a part had to be ordered for the repair. Tom said he'd call when the part came in. Less then a week he called and set me up for a return appointment. Repair was made. Very professional an asset to the company.......

Called Honda SI for an appointment for service for my HRV. Easy process. Arrived on time as was taken on a timely basis. Checked in by Thomas Cacace. Very courteous and professional. Contacted me when vehicle was ready. Was ready earlier than promised. At checkout, again Thomas was courteous, professional, and knowledgeable. I would recommend Honda SI and Thomas Cacace.

Brought car in for a software program recall and was advised by Thomas Cacace. Everything went fine with the recall issue. Thomas called recommended new Wipers, Brake Fluid Service and an Oil Change, quoting prices, prior to initiating the actions. When completed he called me for pick-up and took the time to review all charges with me again. The whole experience was professional and completed in a timely manner.

I have had my car serviced at Staten Island Honda Service Dept since 2005 when I purchased an accord. I feel I can trust their business philosophy after all this years and decided to stay with them when I opted for a CRV rather than another competitive vehicle. I met a new service advisor, Marc Brown, when I brought my car in for its first service visit. I found him helpful and accommodating.
On Monday March 15 I was at Honda getting my annual Maintenance done on my 2020 CRV - not only was I pleased with the service but also Thomas Cacace was very cordial and patient in explaining everything to me as to what was taken care of as far as the maintenance - my next due maintenance I hope he is there to take care of me again ð???
I worked with Eliot Lamboy in having my car fixed. He was a pleasure to deal with. Between him and the actual mechanic my experience with Honda was great. Everything was fixed and the car rides great. Thanks Eliot
