Great service at Honda Maintenance. My service advisor, Thomas Cacace, explained each service that was necessary for my 2019 Pilot. The prices are fair and I was able to wait for the car in their clean and comfortable waiting area. Coffee is free. I have been going to their service department for over 20 years now. They treat you like family.
I brought my Honda HRV in for service. My service advisor was William Tuorto. He was very helpful and took care of all my concerns. He was awesome!! I totally recommend you asking for him to help you.
I got a letter in the mail from Honda SI, I usually throw them away, for some reason i called for an appointment. I was presently surprised to find a very welcoming staf especially Vlad. They helped my thru the process of turning in my current lease and got me in to a upgraded model pilot. The transition was quick and easy. I'm very happy with SI Honda.
Jason and Tommy gave great service ad time to explain all I needed ad more .I was very satisfied with there honesty ad care they showed
The service rep Simone was very helpful and upfront with the process that took place . She also reached out to inform me on more work needed on my car. The quick service & professionalism she showed was a relief compared to other experiences I had elsewhere.
Lauren rocko was an excellent sale person, very professional and and fellow up on her word, big asset to Honda
I came in for a maintenance check today, Marc Brown was my service rep.Marc did a great job explaining an oil change was all that was needed, the work was done in a quick and efficient manner. Many thanks to Marc and the staff that completed the work!
9/1/2021 To Whom It May Concern: On 8/31/2021, I was pleasantly assisted by Tom Cacace, at S.I. Service Dept. He did an excellent job of getting my oil/filter change, etc. in a timely matter, and got my car back to me in less than one hour. Great work, Tom! Carmine F. Russo, Special Agent, FBI (Retired).
