The work performed is always outstanding however the wait time is too much. It can take days to get work performed. Invest in more techs to bring time down to a day or less for routine maintenance.
Great experience in the service department. Friendly, great customer service and very knowledgeable. Will definitely go back if I need any further work done!

Just wanted to rave on Honda of Norfolk for a bit . Recently purchased a 2017 Honda rancher and couldn't have been more happy with the service provided by Paul, willing to answer any and all questions that you have . I've been in other dealerships were they act bothered or give the feel your wasting there time , never that way at Honda of Norfolk. Would recommend them to anyone. My son and I stopped by today to check out used cruisers. Saw about 10 outside which were awesome bikes. Waited about 15 minutes then went inside. A few minutes and a man in a red shirt finally came to see us. He never asked our name or interest nor did he introduce his self. Though he was quite interested in his slurpee. Asked for info and he finally handed my son a price list. Really we had no clue what that was. Finally walked outside. Mumbled some numbers, never offered ANY INFO..so we left with our money in our pockets.... read more
