Cody and Mike really saved the day for me today! They went exceptionally out of their way to help me out when I was stranded. They are professional and friendly. I will be using them for storage and any general maintenance that I can. Lifesaver!!
I've now been here three times and the staff is friendly, helpful and doesn't try to sell you things you don't need. I'd recommend them over your other options in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area.

I was extremely impressed with Honda Norfolk. Cody was great. I brought my Suzuki intruder in and even though it wasn't a Honda Cody did everything he could to take care of me. They took me on a saturday at 230pm !! I was on a trip and broke down.. was towed to them ... they installed a new alternator on my Honda Goldwing, charged my new battery ( i bought it earlier that day, thinking that was my problem )....changed my oil, did my factory recall.... and sent me on my way. They stayed late so as not to detain me from continuing home to Florida.
I had heard nothing but great things about Honda of Norfolk, so I decided to give them a try. Their entire staff is very friendly, and they automatically treat you like family from the moment you walk through the front door. Dave, Mike, and Cody (Motorcycle MD) took the time to answer all of my questions big and small. I needed a new clutch and my bike ('95 ACE w/ over 70k miles) was worked on by Mike.
