Shout out to Coleby. I came in for a service and walked out with a vehicle. At no time was I pressured. In fact during my service I was not approached to buy a car. Instead I approached them and I was directed to a great upgrade. I am happy with the pilot 7 years newer than my original. Thank you.

As a loyal repeat customer twice I am appalled at the way I was treated and outright insulted by the offer of my certified Honda with only 53k miles on it and the only damages to my vehicle was what their service department caused. False advertising of $2500 off and false advertising of 125% of your trade. They promised over and over to make it right and they never did. I will not send them another customer and the people I sent to them to buy their vehicles will not be doing business with them any longer. I have given them ... read more

I want to thank Honda of Marysville for the awesome remedy they came up with for our special issue. Suffice it to say we had a difficult situation & they did the best they could to make our situation right. My husband & I greatly appreciate what they did for us. Just a disappointing and frustrating experience. Started with one sales man that argued with my partner and I the first ten minutes about our style of shopping for cars. How is that good customer service? Wouldn’t show us any cars on the computer, in fact we never even went inside the dealership. Next thing we know we’re passed on to another sales guy because the first guy “had an unexpected customer show up”. Had to repeat what we’re looking for all over again.
