I took my Honda CRV in for product safety recall. I dropped off my car and since I lived relatively close, they offered a free shuttle service to take me home (or I could have stayed in their nice waiting room with free coffee while watching tv). I already had a ride home, so I didn’t need that service, but it was a nice gesture. A few hours later, when we picked up the car, they also gave it a nice car wash. Thank you for your nice service!
