I purchased my car from Mohawk Honda online because they were over 3 hours away. We did everything by email, text and phone. Originally, another person had put an offer on my car so they were very classy and let me know the car was no longer available but they would let me know if the sale falls through. True to their word i received a call from my sales person to see if I was still interested. After just a few inter actions by phone and email they had me vetted and all the paper work approved. ⸻ Mike was my sales representative, and he was superb. He was professional, respectful, and genuinely helpful throughout the process. He communicated clearly, answered my questions honestly, and made sure everything was explained without pressure. Even though I decided not to move forward, Mike handled everything the right way and made a great impression. He’s someone I would recommend working with.
They promptly replied to my inquiry and upon finding out that the car I wanted was sold, they suggested similar options.
The salesperson was not transparent about the condition of the vehicle despite several communications with questions directly about the condition prior to visiting the dealership. The salesperson was not available at the time of my visit despite advanced notice, and no one else offered to help.
