As a first time car buyer my experience with Honda of Kirkland was great. I came in and spoke with Chad. He is awsome. He was able to answer all my questions and was not pushy. I ended up taking my desire car home.

I went to the dealer, test drove the car, took the car and paid for a third party inspection and after all pricing had been negotiated, they told me that they could not sell me the car because the title had not been cleared by the previous owner's bank. I was very frustrated to have lost time and money and would not recommend working with this dealer as a result.

The initial response from a salesperson was quick, I requested pictures of the vehicle, I was sent a text message that I replied YES to in order to receive the pictures and heard nothing back from them and it's been 8 days. I received an email from the internet manager yesterday inquiring about my experience and I replied with my "disappointed" story and heard nothing else.

In response to my request for a quote for a particular car, I received a message saying a sales person would contact me, but no one did. After a few days, I wrote to the dealership saying no one contacted me, and now, days later, they still haven't contacted me. Horrible service from this dealership. How disappointing! They'll have to have the exact car I want for a steal of a price before I'll buy from them...
