I can not say enough good things about my experience with Honda of Kirkland. I sent an inquiry and heard back by both email and phone within an hour. Jackie was the salesperson who contacted me, and I told her what I wanted on my trade-in and what I wanted to pay out of pocket. They couldn't give me as much on my trade-in (which was fair) but she knocked the difference off the price of the car I was purchasing WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING. Overprice there cars and try to screw you with high interest rates even if you qualify for lower

Car was sold over a month before I called them
Tanner was my salesman - very nice to work with
Car I was interested in wasn't available, but it was pulling teeth to get that info; then kept houding me with no response e-mails but no further help when requested as to other available inventory - disappointing!
The salesman kept promising us things and after an hour ofbeing there, he couldn't do anything he said he could. Was a waste of our time!
