Very professional response.
In response to my request for a quote for a particular car, I received a message saying a sales person would contact me, but no one did. After a few days, I wrote to the dealership saying no one contacted me, and now, days later, they still haven't contacted me. Horrible service from this dealership. How disappointing! They'll have to have the exact car I want for a steal of a price before I'll buy from them...

I can not say enough good things about my experience with Honda of Kirkland. I sent an inquiry and heard back by both email and phone within an hour. Jackie was the salesperson who contacted me, and I told her what I wanted on my trade-in and what I wanted to pay out of pocket. They couldn't give me as much on my trade-in (which was fair) but she knocked the difference off the price of the car I was purchasing WITHOUT ME EVEN ASKING. Overprice there cars and try to screw you with high interest rates even if you qualify for lower
