Had a recall notice repaired. Took only a few minutes. They had it fixed and I was on my way.

Just drove 2 hours ONE WAY for an appointment I had at 3 only to get there and be told they had done sold what I was looking at which is fine but a courtesy phone call would have been nice. Definitely lost my business.

Had a wonderful all day experience working with Shonya on a deal. We felt like old friends when we left there with our new Pilot. Couldn't ask for better people to work with. Will definitely use them in the future and recommend them to anyone especially Shonya. We even met the owner, Mr. Callahan before we left which is totally unheard of in Birmingham.
