The process of actually purchasing my vehicle went quickly and with ease...but 10 days later when the car is not drive able, the customer service was poor. They discredited other locally owned dealerships by saying "a car on their lot may not last over the weekend but we check our cars out and stand behind them" yet when I take my vehicle back 10 days later, I am called a liar by an employee, he promises to fix the problem but then my car runs hot on the way home.
