Honda of Fort Worth received my car promptly. They checked the car alongside their records, and advised me about the services they recommended. I selectively approved certain services, which they promptly performed - and delivered the vehicle for me to drive home. I appreciate the courtesy and service that I received.

I scheduled and paid $90 for what they advertised as a full detail, but when I picked up my car, they suddenly called it a “mini detail” after I pointed out the areas they didn’t clean. Even after telling me the sun visor wasn’t included — something they never mentioned upfront — they still didn’t clean it. Instead of honoring the service I paid for, they tried to upsell me another detail for over $200. That’s misleading, poor communication, and flat‑out false advertising. They lost my business
