Unethical Poor customer service experience (Jerry Kelly manager; ego, deceiving, unprofessional) I came to them with an electric problem with my accord. The service advisor was ok and seemed to understand that I likely had a wiring problem. They tested my battery and said it was bad and must be replaced in order for the head electric mechanic to continue checking my car (mind you that I waited 2 weeks to get an electric diagnosis appointment at $110/hr)...I was naive and fed ...Continue Reading
