I came in on 11/20/19 and even though they were swamped with customers, they still greeted me and treated me with respect. I want to personally thank Sean Campbell. He was an amazing employee and worked with me and my husband to help get our break pads fixed. They were in rough shape and we got them replaced in a reasonable amount of time. 10/10 would highly recommend. We are getting all our cars from this dealership.
My wife and I went to 6 or 7 dealerships before stopping at here. Great buying experience! The icing is the service dept. They are very helpful, very friendly, and embody the definition of “Customer Service”! My mother-in-law now drives 90 minutes to get her Honda serviced here.
Gino Arcoleo was very helpful providing detailed information and explaining the car features. A competitive price was initially provided so it was a good purchasing experience from beginning to end. The training videos web link provided are easy to follow to get acquainted with all the new technology of the new vehicle. All of the staff in the dealership were friendly and helpful. And I really like the Honda Accord!
