Overcharging and charging ridiculous fees for stating the obvious. I was charged $120 for diagnosing a issue that clearly abundant when i brought the car into them and they said we need to diagnose it and once they did they wanted to charge me $400 for a metal splash guard cover that goes on the under body of the car. Went to Honda of fairfax after declining their estimate they still charged me the $120 "Diagnostic Fee" complete and utter nonsense. I had agreement on used car with salesman. I then went and obtained a certified check in name of dealership in agreed amount. I explained I had 5 hour travel as I was out of state, gave my estimated time of arrival. I offered multiple times to give credit card deposit but I was told they do not accept deposits on used cars.
