Im extremely disappointed with the service I received at Honda of Chantilly. In November 2023, I brought my 2020 Honda Insight to their service department because my local mechanic noticed a possible transmission leak during an oil change. Since my car was still under the powertrain warranty, I expected them to address the issue seriously.Instead, they dismissed the leak, suggesting it might just be manufacturer grease, and simply cleaned the area. I have had consistently poor experiences at the Honda of Chantilly *************** facing repeated instances of racism. This is the third or fourth such incident. The first occurred with a sales representative when we were considering purchasing a Honda Pilot in 2016, which we eventually bought from Honda at *************Last week, our Pilot, with only ****** miles, had a transmission failure and couldnt shift out of park. Pathetic customer service, they kick customer out from the main door and don't care to provide honest and genuine suggestions. This guy with a long beard thinks he is the owner and treats customer with disrespectful and slur bad words too, he made me to wait in cold outside and does not showed up for a question I asked, he does not have patience to listen to customer about the issue or problem. I suggest all to stay away from honda of chantilly, a mom and pop shop is far better.

I put in an inquiry for a new 2023 Ho da CR-V. I kept receiving call while at work, when I finally picked up the call, I spoke with Nathan Kahn who wanted me to just come in without providing any information about the car. I asked him to send me Out the door price of the car including taxes title and fees. In December 2022 I purchased a pre-owned car, and the experience was sobering. Right after signing the contract, I realized some noise was coming from the front wheels. At their service I learned that I needed to pay $1,700 to replace the struts. This came after the salesman, Mr. Pirzada, assured me that the dealer will fix all the issues on the car. Dealership is not trustworthy. They will say anything to sell the new car. Once car is sold, then there is no customer service. They even try to sell non-hybrid car for the price of hybrid car if you are not careful. They are good in misguiding, lying , providing you email address where you cannot send an email, never return voice mail, and never come on the phone to answer your question. My recommendation is to stay away from this dealership as far as you can. General Manager will cover his staff and will not listen to you.... read more

I bought the car on December 142020 and signed a contract agreeing to the 50/50 buyer’s guide warranty. After suspecting problems due to poor performance of the car, I took the car back to the Honda Dealership. Since the car is a Chrysler make, the Honda dealership took the car to a Chrysler servicer so that the car could be repaired. After discovering a problem with the transmission, the Chrysler servicer charged $4400 for repair of the transmission. The seller agent Moe was fantastic. No problem with not the buying process but after the fact. My car was getting leather fixed as part of the deal because the car had damage leather. Days later I came to pick up the car to drive off the lot for the first time. 10 to 20 miles after the TPMS sensor came on. I ran a scan tool to see what was going on and indicated that the sensors have failed. Overcharging and charging ridiculous fees for stating the obvious. I was charged $120 for diagnosing a issue that clearly abundant when i brought the car into them and they said we need to diagnose it and once they did they wanted to charge me $400 for a metal splash guard cover that goes on the under body of the car. Went to Honda of fairfax after declining their estimate they still charged me the $120 "Diagnostic Fee" complete and utter nonsense.
