Worst professionalism. Absolutely HORRIBLE customer service. The owner Josh doesn't care how poorly the business is ran, Jami wont do anything for you, and Mike knows it all - there is no such thing as bad salesmen to him, they are all good. Next step, Nissan USA. I do believe in the chain of command and I will keep going higher above until Nissan can make it right. Brian at Nissan of Casper is rude and don't care about your needs I am a costumer and and he is support to help me with my car needs and he is very rude and disrespectful and is telling me it is not his problem and to figure it out myself . this is the worst service I have ever got
