Phenomenal service. We drove two hours to come look at a truck right around closing time. They knew we were on our way and had an appointment set up for us. Steven Lance was our sales consultant and was just fantastic. After about an hour, we decided that truck didn't have what we really wanted enough to convince us to sign. Best experience buying a new car that we've ever had! Everyone was amazing, and very friendly. We never felt pressured or intimidated at all. Casey Grisham was fantastic and I absolutely recommended him to everyone! We honestly couldn't be happier with the whole deal!

Went in with very specific things I wanted for example third row seating was a must. The sale's man kept showing me cars that didn't meet what I specifically asked for and kept trying to push a vehicle on me I was not interested in. I don't want a car, I want an SUV with third row seating. With 3 kids and one on the way a tiny altma is not going to work!!! Took my business to Greiner Ford walked away with a Ford Explorer and a few days later hubby traded in his SUV for a Chevy Colorado. Hope this shows you that if you listen... read more
A couple years ago we were going to buy a new car but was treated very rudely by the manager then ..not quite sure the manager changed since but we recently had a shady and stressful experience with our teenager. I will make the trip somewhere else
Nissan is a horrible place. I will never buy a car from them again. I would advise everyone to shop somewhere else they screw you over and act like theres nothing they can do. Had a truck for less than 24 hours and it started having problems.
This dealership is constantly selling lemons and it is ridiculous that they haven't been shut down for it we all need to the Nissan corporation

Not impressed... The first week after I bought my vehicle it wasn't in my possession, it was sitting in their shop and they were trying to get me to pay an extra $800.00 for something that was supposed to be a loose bolt.... I have never gone back and forth with a dealership like this one.... they made me fill sooooo uncomfortable every time went in to see if I could get my vehicle..... Not to mention we filled out loan papers not once not twice not three times! BUT 4 TIMES! Yes 4 times !
