I just moved here from Ky. and needed my 2018 Honda CRV services . Patrick Burris was my service advisor and he was the most amazing guy, he kept me updated on the service that I had asked for them to do. When they were finished he went over the bill and the 15 point inspection. I highly recommend Honda of Bay County and a special thanks to Patrick, very professional
Service department is horrible...had a 10 o'clock appt...was there 15 to 20 minutes early. They took walk-ins ahead of me. My car was finally done at 1 o'clock . They came and told me they were running behind...after another hour went by I went to see what was going on....they had to go get a filter .....I made an appointment because I have a bad back and cannot sit for long periods of time...I had to buy a drink to take a pain pill while there.....I will not be back.
customer service sucks,they're too busy texting on there cell phone I sat there for 2hrs watching him every other min texting,I hope I never have to go back I purchased my vehicle from the Ford dealership,so the only reason I went there was for recall,never again Ford it is just saying!!

Great service. Customer friendly and courteous
Customer service people are very friendly and knowledgeable and help you get in and out as fast as they can.
We went in for a recall issue and it was handled with speed and efficiency. Also got regular service of car. We were out of there in less than 2 hours even with the recall service. Jeanine, our service advisor, was very professional and kept us well informed throughout the serving and recall work.
The service writer and the mechanic were both extremely nice. I have a new Passport and the passenger side mirror does not function properly. Unfortunately they were not able to figure out the problem nor fix it.
