Stranded with my 4 and 2 year old in 100 degree Florida weather, with a factory battery with a 100 month warranty, has 5 years on it so far. Just wanted to know how much it would cost to replace the battery and both service associates I spoke to were rude. I wasn’t asking for my problem to be solved as I am perfectly capable, but I had some questions and they didn’t have the patience to offer advice on the issue. Disgraceful.
I have taken my car if for a tire issue five times, and each time I’ve been told there is nothing wrong but the sensor light is on. Each time I’ve asked to get a new tire, not for free, and each time I’ve been told again the tire is fine and sent on my way. Today, the light came on yet again, and I am almost scared to take it to them because I think they treat me in such a manner because I am a woman that doesn’t know anything about cars.
