Had an appointment to fix a computer issue, was told on the phone it would take 1.5 hours. After 2.5, I had to ask twice for an update before they told me the software update wasn’t going through and asked me to come back another day. They said the issue could be one of two things but to my knowledge didn’t try either of those things even after the update failed multiple times. I was there for a total of 3 hours. I’m very disappointed in the whole experience and won’t have time to return again and wait for who knows how long... read more

we are from out of town and they got us in right away supplied us with a rental car a took care of our problem, if I lived here I would definitely shop bay county honda
