**************** before you pay Ive been charged more then estimated
This dealership does not value customer relations in the least. Bought a certified pre owned car and there was an issue with an axle that was noticed less than 2 weeks in. Attempted to cancel sale as outlined that I could in my contract. They breached and said that theyre only willing to repair the axle. Got the car back and there was something new wrong with it that wasnt wrong prior to repair. From the salesperson to the general manager, what theyve talked is hogwash. Terrible experience buying my leased Honda. Presented initially with wrong buyout price plus several questionable fees ,given wrong information on recertification and warrenties,canceled my Sirius subscription and came home to discover a Crack in backup light which I am sure occurred when they washed the car but refuse to accept responsibility for.
Go somewhere else. Service gets a BIG ZERO. I scheduled 4 maint items. Two done properly. Other two - not so good. Asked for 3 wiper refills, got two. Asked for oil change with regular oil, HOA put in full synthetic instead and for $25 more. Still waiting for refund. Horrible to nothing responses. Go somewhere else JH
We were potential customers that wanted to purchase a vehicle through Honda Aventura a few times and our experience was atrocious. The sales person did not want to disclose or was "unaware" of the return policy and then when we asked the manager and he rudely responded with "THIS IS NOT A CAR YOU CAN BUY FROM WALMART SO ALL PURCHASES ARE FINAL AND NO REFUNDS!" I was notified by Honda, Saying that my 2019 Honda Accord Sports has a recall. I made the appointment with Honda of Aventura to have the problem taken care of. I am going on my third appointment trying to get my recall done. What I got was the manager and I was told that her name was ******** ****** if that's even her real name, spoke down to me and then hung up the phone in my face. Please do not purchase from this dealership. This is the worst facility in south Florida. I regret purchasing my vehicle and am thinking about reporting this dealership due to them being deceitful about the vehicle I purchased and deceitful about escalations I made. The managers are terrible and lie every step of the way along with sales and customer service departments.
