I had one of my best experiences buying a car from Honda of Aventura, ******************* has to be one of the easiest going General Managers I have ever meet in the car business very easy to deal with and very understanding to my needs. It all started when ********************* from the internet department gave me all of the information on the car I was interested in so I can make the decision to come in and buy it. Thank you to the whole staff at Honda of Aventura for making my experience the best.
This was by far one of the best experiences I had with purchasing a vehicle. This time was the first time for me at this location, and I cant say enough about the managers and my salesman. Professional, patient, and did not waste my time on back and forth negotiations. They gave me a wonderful deal and I was in and out in no time.

**************** before you pay Ive been charged more then estimated
This dealership does not value customer relations in the least. Bought a certified pre owned car and there was an issue with an axle that was noticed less than 2 weeks in. Attempted to cancel sale as outlined that I could in my contract. They breached and said that theyre only willing to repair the axle. Got the car back and there was something new wrong with it that wasnt wrong prior to repair. From the salesperson to the general manager, what theyve talked is hogwash.
