I want to compliment the service team at Honda of Ames for their quick response in diagnosing and repairing a fuel injector failure on my 2019 Honda Pilot. The problem first occurred at approximately 2:00 PM on December 30th. I called Ames Honda and the service team got me in before the New Years holiday. They took initiative and quickly ordered the necessary replacement parts and then got my car repaired on January 2nd.
