Every time I come here for service, I pull into the service bay and have the service advisors turn and stare at me out of the window. Every other dealership that I’ve visited for service with my other vehicles, the service advisors are out in the service bay or they come out to greet me before o even exit my vehicle. I had a bad experience with this business. I took my Honda CRV for a repair about 3 1/2 months ago. They took three days and a $200 computer diagnosis for something the mechanic could have noticed just taking a look. they also changed one part, for wish there was a recall standing, and since then the car has been making funny noises and taking a few seconds to start, wich it did not make before. Bad experience overall .

Got helped by the shop tech Alex, he was super kind and helpful, and the sales room people were very kind and helpful as well. Would absolutely return if im in the area and need service or a new vehicle. Thank for helping!!
